RITA Sponsored All Hallows Eve

On the 31st October, the Ripon Independent Traders Association (RITA) would like to welcome young and old to the Market Square to celebrate All Hallows Eve.

The event will run from 4pm – 9pm with a great line up of family fun and entertainment, including Tournaments, Competitions, Music, Drama and Stalls as well as lots of food and drink for all the family.

The evening will start off with the event being officially opened by “Dumbledore”. There will be a pumpkin carving competition so if you want to enter one you need to present it ready for judging. Throughout the evening there will be story telling and face painting available for the children. We hope that the children all come in fancy dress and will enter into the fancy dress judging. There will also be a prize for the best shop display too.

There will be stalls on the market square selling food and drink, plus a chance to watch the Red Drama Group perform a Ghost Play. The evening will round off with the Hornblower setting the Watch at 9pm.
