8th July, New Joe Cornish Photography Exhibition Opening At Lockwoods
"Water and Stone: Essence of Yorkshire"
Joe Cornish the internationally renowned photographer, author and lecturer especially known for his work for the National Trust has a passion for the outdoors, and believes photography has a vital role to play in inspiring environmental conservation.
The outstanding landscapes of Northern England are Joe's inspiration. Joe was made an honorary fellow of the Royal Photographic Society in 2008, and was recently recognized by Amateur Photographer as an "icon of landscape".
Joe Cornish said, "I am delighted to be sharing my love of landscape, of wild places, and of creative artistic photography in a venue such as Lockwoods that shares the same values, and encourages care for the environment".
"Water and Stone: Essence of Yorkshire" will be opening from 6pm on 8th July, with a complimentary glass of bubbly and canapes alongside Lockwoods great supper menu. Bookings are essential for inclusion on the guest list.
