Open Air Theatre & BBQ - Sherlock Holmes
The critically-acclaimed Pantaloons Theatre Company put dynamic detective duo Holmes and Watson through their paces as they tackle their most fiendish case yet in this delightfully inventive and hilarious show for all ages featuring live music, audience interaction and more mystery than you can shake a magnifying glass at. There’s even no need to pack your own picnic; there will be a barbecue available from 6pm-9.30pm at the Abbey Tearooms at an additional cost. Fountains in Summer

Look out for esteemed guests of the Aislabies as they promenade through the grounds, picnicking and playing eighteenth century games. Normal admission charges apply.
Dog Funday Festival

GOING GREY - The Musical
This July, we see the return of the musical comedy ‘Going Grey’ about widowhood, sisters, relationship dilemmas, middle age and, yes, Going Grey. The musical will be performed in four different venues over five nights in North Yorkshire (Ripley, Kirkby Malzeard, Robin Hood's Bay and York) before heading to London for a final three nights.
‘Going Grey’ is written by E.C.R. Roberts, directed by Mike Hickman, and will be performed by members of Drip Drop Theatre. Featuring 16 original songs with piano and strings accompaniment, upbeat dance numbers and a heart-warming storyline, this production promises a great evening’s entertainment. Not to be missed!

Aislabie Landscapes- Studley Royal, Laver Banks & Hackfall
Join Mark Newman, National Trust Archaeologist, as he takes you on a journey through the Aislabie landscapes. Enjoy a talk at Fountains Abbey Visitor Centre in the morning followed by a 7 mile circular walk through Studley Royal and Laver Banks. £5 including tea and coffee.
