Jennyruth Workshops' craft sale at Sainsburys
Thursday 04 March
Jennyruth Workshops will continue to do a monthly craft sale at Sainsbury’s Supermarket in Ripon, in the foyer (Market Place entrance). The next sale will be on Thursday 4 March from 10am till about 3.30pm. The theme for that sale will be Mother’s day and Easter with beautiful individual items matching that theme. Further dates are 8 April, 6 May, 10 June, 15 July

Wilful Missing
The Wilful Missing EP, Vast Atlantic is the band's first official release, following an album of demos and live recordings available at gigs only.
Vast Atlantic was self-produced in Bradford by Sam Kipling (vocals and acoustic guitar), Sam Lawrence (electric guitar, mandolin, accordion keyboard, vocals), Albert Freeman (bass and vocals), Ruth Viqueira (percussion) and Sarah Smout (cello). The artwork was designed by Ruth, and the physical CD packaging is made from recycled card.
Over the last few years Wilful Missing have been building a local fan base, and have supported Jeffrey Lewis, The Wave Pictures, Dufus and Meursault. Their biggest support slot though was the one they turned down. They were asked to support British Sea Power, but had to say no as they were already booked to play Sam K's sister's wedding!
Wilful Missing have also recently signed a publishing deal with Voodoo Toddler from Sheffield.

Wine Tasting Event @ Great Northern Wine
Wednesday 24 March
Join us for a talk and tasting with Elias & Lucy of Lebanese Fine Wines. They will introduce you to the wonderful flavours which have been nurtured in small family owned vineyards that have survived both the test of time and challenges of a changing world.
This will be a fantastic opportunity for you to taste a selection from the fabulous range of Domaine Des Tourelles and Clos De Cana wines, and discover the ancestral traditions that have been preserved to ensure that they continue to display their unique qualities and refinement.

Sales / Coffee Morning at Ripon Town Hall

Jennyruth Workshops will sell their range of craft items at the coffee morning which is organised and run by Ripon Community Link in the Town Hall on Thursday 25 March from 10am to 12pm. Do come and visit them there.”
