Ripon's Portas Pilots Bid For High Street Regeneration

It would be really great if Ripon is chosen to get the help that it needs to bring the City back to life and be regenerated. The scheme is backed by Mary Portas, and last year she made a set of recommendations to the Government for ways to improve the high street and they were all accepted. The scheme is aiming to find a set of Portas Pilots that will be the first towns to start the regeneration program.
